For Couples, Not What I Expected

The hotel was easy to find and very quiet, which is hard to come by these days. I loved that my room was clean, and the bed was made so well - you rarely see that kind of care.

It wasn't inexpensive, but you get what you pay for, I suppose.

During my stay, I loved being just about 2 km from Terry Hershey Park, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and having several great dining options like Brothers Pizzeria only a few steps away made my evenings enjoyable. the staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

Had a great time with friends during our stay! We explored the area and even took a trip to the Galleria for shopping. The location is convenient, with plenty to do nearby. Breakfast was a nice touch, and we enjoyed that they had a happy hour with snacks and drinks in the lobby. The room was clean and comfy. A fun group getaway overall!

One downside was the WiFi. it kept disconnecting and wouldn't automatically reconnect, which was annoying when we were trying to plan our outings.

There were two cockroaches in the bathroom during my first morning, which was quite unsettling. I mentioned this to the front desk, but I felt that follow-up support was lacking after reporting it. When I checked out early in the morning, the staff interaction felt a bit cold—no greeting or joy in the process. Although I had a good conversation with the general manager later on, it would have been better if immediate attention had been given during my stay. The breakfast options were decent but lacked variety, and I also noticed that the gym area was limited with only one working machine. Overall, I enjoyed my time at the hotel, but the lack of attention to detail and issues with cleanliness need to be addressed to improve the experience.

I absolutely loved my stay in the spacious King Suite Sofa Bed! The way the room is divided into a cozy living area and a separate sleeping space made it perfect for lounging after a long day. Plus, the complimentary breakfast with made-to-order omelets was a delightful start to each morning!
